Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear, testable specifications for agent execution.
- Run end-to-end agent workflows, review resulting changes for correctness and architectural consistency, and identify drift.
- Own shipped features in production by debugging root causes and encoding preventative tests, rules, or agent constraints.
- Deliver small-to-medium frontend features end to end with minimal guidance, including deployment.
- Build reusable, production-quality React components and integrate them with backend and third-party systems.
- Evaluate unclear requirements, balance business and user trade-offs, and communicate decisions and risks to product and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
- Strong React.js, Redux, and framework-based JavaScript skills, including component contracts, state management, and rendering and performance behavior.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, build tools, Git, and Chrome DevTools debugging.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Cursor while validating and taking ownership of generated output.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
