Responsibilities
- Define technical patterns for deeply configurable and extensible CRM experiences across custom workspaces, no-code/low-code surfaces, and AI-powered personalization.
- Prototype ambiguous zero-to-one concepts and turn them into production-grade product features.
- Spend at least 75% of the time shipping production code across backend systems and product-facing layers.
- Lead architectural decisions and align more than 120 engineers across multiple groups with Product and UX partners.
- Mentor engineers and raise standards for full-stack product thinking, AI-enabled development, and customer-focused software.
- Bring customer and product considerations into technical decisions and design reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated principal-level ownership of meaningful full-stack product engineering impact across backend systems and product-facing layers.
- Experience shipping AI-powered product features with real user impact, preferably involving configurability, extensibility, or no-code/low-code tooling.
- Experience building products used regularly by customers and applying a product-first mindset to technical decisions.
- Experience working in a product-led SaaS company operating at scale, with an understanding of enterprise software requirements.
- Strong ability to work through ambiguity, prototype rapidly, and prioritize working software over lengthy design documents.
- Ability to communicate trade-offs, build alignment across organizational levels, and mentor engineers.
