Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into durable technical designs and architectures.
- Own the architecture and technical vision for scalable AI-powered user-facing applications.
- Design secure, cost-efficient backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent-based orchestration.
- Define frontend architecture and UX patterns for conversational interfaces, copilots, and intelligent dashboards.
- Lead complex Generative AI workflows integrating LLMs, tools, APIs, structured data, and user context.
- Build reusable GenAI platform components, SDKs, and frameworks for multiple teams or products.
- Establish engineering standards for prompt design, model integration, evaluation, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI.
- Review designs and codebases, resolve complex technical challenges, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards.
- Lead technical discovery, solutioning, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and client or executive-facing workshops.
- Create architecture and design documentation, define technologies and non-functional requirements, and ensure scalability, extensibility, security, privacy, compliance, and user-experience best practices.
Requirements
- 9+ years of total experience in software engineering and strong depth in Python.
- Experience developing microservices and APIs with Python, FastAPI, and Node.js to embed AI and deep learning models into enterprise applications.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale.
- Strong system design skills across backend, frontend, AI infrastructure, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience building scalable ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and vector databases.
- Experience deploying secure hybrid and cloud AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with access controls and production-grade engineering practices.
- Experience with AI pipelines, feature extraction, scalable compute resources, AI governance, responsible AI, AgentOps or GenAIOps, knowledge graphs, and semantic-layer architecture.
- Experience defining technical strategy, influencing architecture across teams, mentoring engineers, and communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical architectures and partner with product, design, data, and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
