Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and maintain Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Forms, Egnyte, SharePoint, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Manage API implementations, systems integrations, and automation workflows.
- Develop and support ICT data, reporting, Power BI, data warehouse, and data lake solutions.
- Maintain secure development practices, support ISO audits, and align application work with information security governance.
- Contribute to application and data architecture decisions and long-term non-AI platform roadmaps.
- Manage application environments and oversee DevOps and release management.
- Lead vendor discussions, roadmap reviews, and third-party application assessments as a technical representative.
- Define data quality standards, validation processes, and ownership models across systems.
- Engage business teams to identify automation, reporting, and process optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics FSCM and CE.
- At least 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, T-SQL, Python, Azure, Azure DevOps, and related application development and data technologies.
- Experience with Azure Web App Services, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, including OWASP Top 10, identity and access management, secure API design, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful and/or Graph APIs, including OAuth and SSO.
- Understanding of modern frameworks, user experience, performance, and accessibility.
- Experience owning third-party SaaS integrations for CRM, ERP, finance, and marketing tools.
- Deep data literacy and previous experience with data modelling.
- Experience as a responsible owner of production systems and with Microsoft enterprise application development and systems integration.
