Base Salary
$53k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and define success criteria.
- Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
- Build AI-enabled solutions that integrate with customer systems and Remote’s platform.
- Own deployments, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop evaluation and measurement for AI behavior, including success metrics and test harnesses.
- Work with real data to validate outputs and iterate based on evidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality solutions.
- Create leverage by turning one-off solutions into repeatable playbooks and internal tooling.
- Act as the voice of the field, bringing back customer needs to shape product strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping production software and owning it in production.
- Strong integration and systems thinking skills, including APIs and data modeling.
- Applied AI/LLM experience beyond prototypes, including prompt design and reliability practices.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
- Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise environments and compliance constraints is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or adjacent enterprise domains is advantageous.
