Responsibilities
- Represent regional delivery and support teams during the software development lifecycle.
- Provide operational guidance, product consultancy, customer advocacy, and support for client incidents.
- Drive the technical engineering aspects of SaaS, on-premises, hosted solutions, and client implementations.
- Use AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, innovation, testing, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend measurable product and process improvements.
- Improve product documentation, product deliverability, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across organizational levels and time zones to understand customer needs and challenges.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience delivering and troubleshooting SaaS and on-premises or hosted solutions.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, deployment, scaling, tuning, and CI/CD deployment practices.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Experience with alerting and monitoring solutions including Splunk and DynaTrace.
- Understanding of XML, JSON, and Swagger, plus familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and Kafka.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Bruno, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Experience using and querying Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, written, oral communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently and collaboratively, and build relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Preferred qualifications include identity and fraud industry experience, agile working and rapid prototyping experience, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience, and a desire to continuously learn.
