Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to deliver high-quality work.
- Develop scalable backend application layers and data models using Python, GraphQL, and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, plan projects, and deliver technical solutions.
- Lead complex technical projects involving multiple engineers or dependencies on other teams.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members.
- Manage complex backend services and infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with web application architecture and design patterns for complex enterprise applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building intuitive, responsive, and fast web interfaces.
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects involving multiple engineers or other teams.
- Experience managing complex backend services and infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with web development best practices and the ability to discuss engineering and product tradeoffs.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including TypeScript and React.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Experience with AWS or similar cloud-based services.
- Preferred: Experience refactoring and migrating legacy systems.
