Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, polished user interfaces that surface computer vision and AI model outputs.
- Solve complex geometry problems and work on streaming systems and sophisticated user interactions.
- Rapidly ship prototypes and iterate based on direct user feedback.
- Work directly on the core product and help shape the growth of the engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript skills with solid full-stack engineering ability.
- Python proficiency and comfort solving open-ended, math-oriented problems.
- Demonstrated experience taking a product from 0 to 1, ideally with real users or paying customers.
- Solid computer science fundamentals or an exceptional project portfolio demonstrating equivalent ability.
- Empathetic, honest communication and effectiveness in a small, fast-moving team.
- Exceptional recent graduates with strong fundamentals and initiative are welcome to apply.
- Construction, real estate, or PDF workflow familiarity is a bonus.
- Tailwind CSS proficiency is a nice-to-have.
- Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or very early startup employee is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of $100,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
- Equity is expected given the founding-team nature of the role.
- On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
