Base Salary
$115k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance scalable Golang microservices for eligibility, coverage, billing, and client-facing systems.
- Automate operational workflows and improve the accuracy and availability of member and client data.
- Design and deliver self-service tools for finance, operations, and client teams.
- Ensure member, client, and operational data is accurate, consistent, and traceable.
- Collaborate with data and AI teams on data validation, process automation, and anomaly detection.
- Contribute to client-facing APIs that enable data exchange with customers.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience shipping backend code in a high-quality production environment, including exposure to data-centric systems.
- Experience building production microservices.
- Experience with data and event-based architectures, API development, SQL/NoSQL datastores, and messaging queues.
- Experience with Golang.
- Experience with a cloud platform such as Google Cloud, AWS, and/or Azure.
- Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Practical use of AI tools, light frontend skills, and experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains are bonuses.

- Location-based compensation structure with a stated range of $114,500–$148,000.
