Base Salary
$160k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, backend teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
- Own software solutions end-to-end, including requirements, technical design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, performance optimization, scalability, maintainability, security practices, code reviews, and application quality.
- Write automated unit and functional tests and support integration testing across mobile applications and dependent systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, release management, and Apple App Store publishing.
- Monitor application health and operational metrics, troubleshoot production issues, support root cause analysis, and participate in on-call incident response.
- Evaluate emerging iOS technologies and development practices to improve platform capabilities and developer effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience with hands-on native iOS application development.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS development ecosystem.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Experience with software design patterns, application architecture, modern mobile development, automated unit and functional testing, Git, and peer code reviews.
- Understanding of secure software development principles and application security best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently own features and deliver results.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with SwiftUI, Combine, Apple App Store publishing, enterprise and third-party partner API integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, telemetry, observability, production support, on-call rotations, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.

- Base salary range of $160,000-$170,000, plus eligibility for monthly bonuses and Restricted Stock Units for new team members.
