Responsibilities
- Define, develop, test, support, and evolve software in a fast-paced development environment.
- Own features end to end from incubation through delivery.
- Work with product requirements, technical leaders, and architects to create implementation plans.
- Drive product quality, performance, scalability, security, documentation, refactoring, and testing practices.
- Use AI-assisted development techniques, including agent orchestration, context engineering, and review of AI-generated code.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and establish best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or M.E. with 14+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Java and Go.
- Expertise with Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in RESTful web services and good understanding of React or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of scalable distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Expertise using AI code-assistance tools such as Claude and Cursor, including AI specification-driven development, context engineering, token optimization, and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, code review, software design, and performance analysis skills.
- Preferred experience with MySQL, cloud databases, Linux distributions such as Debian and RHEL, secure coding, OWASP, OAuth, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and GraphQL.
