Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on client projects and shape architectural decisions, designs, plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Create high-level architectures, design artifacts, estimates, proposals, and contractual details for client opportunities.
- Support sales, business development, deal qualification, deal reviews, client presentations, and negotiations.
- Lead intelligent data platform projects using lakehouse architectures to integrate and transform data for reporting, AI, and conversational analytics.
- Advise clients and senior stakeholders on modern Data & AI capabilities, best practices, and technology evolution.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to Data & AI offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- Experience creating technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large enterprise programs.
- In-depth understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI, and related analytics fields.
- Ability to create and present design artifacts to multidisciplinary architectural forums and senior client executives.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts into accessible business outcomes.
- Experience actively leading sales and business development opportunities with clients.
- Databricks certification, ideally Databricks Champion certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Awareness of Databricks and Microsoft ecosystems and channels to market.
