Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on client projects and guide architectural decisions, plans, roadmaps, and design artifacts.
- Shape strategic opportunities, solution propositions, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals.
- Lead client presentations, deal reviews, negotiations, requirements capture, solutioning, and business development activities.
- Design and lead intelligent data platform projects integrating data from multiple systems through lakehouse architectures for reporting, AI, and conversational analytics.
- Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on data and AI capabilities and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with Data & AI leadership on offerings, accelerators, intellectual property, and go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- Experience creating technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large enterprise programs.
- In-depth understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI, and related analytics capabilities.
- Experience engaging clients and sales teams in solutioning, deal qualification, architecture, and business development opportunities.
- Ability to create and present design artifacts to multidisciplinary architectural forums and senior client executives.
- Strong understanding of Databricks and Microsoft data platform ecosystems and channels to market.
- Databricks certifications, ideally Databricks Champion certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
