Base Salary

$70k - $70k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop complex ServiceNow applications, workflows, automation, scripting, integrations, and configurations.
  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server automation, platform spokes, UI pages, and Glide Scripts.
  • Lead major enhancements, module deployments, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with business analysts, project managers, and agency partners.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce platform development standards.
  • Diagnose high-impact production issues and maintain platform reliability, scalability, security, and stability.
  • Maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and system diagrams.
  • Support enterprise initiatives with infrastructure, security, and operations teams while ensuring compliance with ITIL, security, data governance, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of information technology systems, equipment, operating systems, policies, standards, procedures, and techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute system backup and recovery procedures and support capacity planning.
  • Knowledge of installing, maintaining, and configuring system software and using system tools and utilities.
  • Knowledge of designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and performance-tuning system software components.
  • At least 7+ years of experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
  • Related certifications and coursework may be considered.
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
