Base Salary

$70k - $70k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop complex ServiceNow applications, workflows, automation, scripting, integrations, and configurations.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server automation, platform spokes, UI pages, and Glide Scripts.
Lead major enhancements, module deployments, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with business analysts, project managers, and agency partners.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce platform development standards.
Diagnose high-impact production issues and maintain platform reliability, scalability, security, and stability.
Maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and system diagrams.
Support enterprise initiatives with infrastructure, security, and operations teams while ensuring compliance with ITIL, security, data governance, and accessibility standards.

Thorough knowledge of information technology systems, equipment, operating systems, policies, standards, procedures, and techniques.
Ability to develop and execute system backup and recovery procedures and support capacity planning.
Knowledge of installing, maintaining, and configuring system software and using system tools and utilities.
Knowledge of designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and performance-tuning system software components.
At least 7+ years of experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
Related certifications and coursework may be considered.
Ability to establish cooperative working relationships and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
