Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of complex projects for Ramp.com.
- Maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library.
- Create interactive experiences to drive site engagement.
- Design independently when design resources are limited.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages with growth teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer.
- Strong skills in React, CSS, and modern frameworks like Next.js and Tailwind.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
- Experience maintaining a reusable component library.
- Stellar communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
