Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, performant frontend solutions using TypeScript and React.
- Develop B2C and B2B product features while maintaining high code quality.
- Write testable code designed for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive delivery.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to engineering decisions.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and refactoring.
- Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, secure coding standards, and responsible data-handling practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with applied experience.
- Commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong engineering-first problem-solving skills with emphasis on scalability and performance.
- Ability to adapt quickly in uncertain, rapidly changing environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
