Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable, performant frontend solutions using TypeScript and React.
  • Develop B2C and B2B product features while maintaining high code quality.
  • Write testable code designed for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive delivery.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to engineering decisions.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and refactoring.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, secure coding standards, and responsible data-handling practices.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with applied experience.
  • Commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong engineering-first problem-solving skills with emphasis on scalability and performance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in uncertain, rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating their outputs.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
