Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and guide development teams through design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team execution.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for immediate and broader teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges and risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance techniques and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
