Responsibilities
- Prototype, iterate, and ship LLM-powered product features in close collaboration with users.
- Design and build AI agent pipelines while abstracting their complexity for end users.
- Translate customer feedback and usage signals into polished product experiences.
- Develop across frontend interfaces, backend services, and prompt workflows.
- Own features from initial concept through production deployment and ongoing iteration.
- Use AI coding tools pragmatically while maintaining production-grade architecture.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack TypeScript skills across UI, backend services, and LLM integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to prompt, tune, and integrate LLMs into user experiences through shipped products, side projects, or hackathon work.
- Evidence of exceptional ability or strong trajectory, such as notable shipped products, rapid career progression, open-source contributions, or hackathon wins.
- Experience shipping products in a startup or fast-moving environment, with strong product instincts and entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to reason about system and architectural implications beyond implementation details.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Reliable, honest, responsive, and consistent follow-through on commitments.
Benefits
- Salary range of 90,000 to 140,000 EUR annually.
- Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany; candidates must be Berlin-based and willing to work in person with the team regularly.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
