Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications and software components.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
- Document technical specifications, application workflows, and maintenance information.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce environments and support integrations with external systems.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to functionality and user experience.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce environments and familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
