Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Slack services across documentation, consulting, readiness reviews, onboarding, governance, and adoption support.
- Coordinate Slack solution development and related QA and security consulting activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and end users.
- Provide guidance on Slack configuration, integration, workspace setup, and adoption.
- Identify and escalate adoption blockers, risks, and issues and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Collaborate on communication, training assets, and technical documentation to scale Slack adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Slack administration, configuration, and workspace management.
- Experience developing custom software solutions, including designing, coding, and enhancing system or application components.
- Salesforce Development skills are required.
- Familiarity with Slack AI capabilities, including Slackbot; Agentforce integration is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical and functional documentation skills.
- Experience in Salesforce platform environments and enablement, adoption, or change management is preferred or advantageous.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
