Responsibilities

  • Develop Java-based functional and performance test automation using existing frameworks and AI tools.
  • Create LLM-assisted feature test plans, internal knowledge stores, and workflows that help developers run and troubleshoot automated tests.
  • Execute tests in disposable environments by deploying microservices with different versions and configurations and customizing database content.
  • Configure, patch, and deploy services, infrastructure, and code changes through production.
  • Analyze logs, reproduce issues in non-production environments, and troubleshoot production problems.
  • Collaborate with the QA platform team to build feature-validation and test-automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience developing test automation in Java using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright and IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse.
  • Experience deploying services in Kubernetes and using ArgoCD and Jenkins.
  • Experience improving test infrastructure with Docker, Playwright, and headless browser execution.
  • Familiarity with log aggregators such as Sumo Logic or Kibana and monitoring tools such as Honeycomb or Grafana.
  • Ability to work with functional and performance testing, production troubleshooting, and database customization.
  • Comfort working in an Agile methodology.
