Responsibilities
- Own Factory engagements end to end, including hands-on delivery oversight and technical program management.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, modernize, and migrate Azure, Java, .NET, container, and AI workloads.
- Advise customer executives and technical decision-makers on architecture, adoption, security, resilience, AI, cost, and performance.
- Coordinate Microsoft stakeholders, sales teams, partners, and virtual teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Build secure AI application landing zones and implement generative and non-generative AI workloads using Microsoft Foundry.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers, mitigate project risks, and improve Microsoft offerings, intellectual property, and processes based on delivery feedback.
- Mentor and develop colleagues and contribute technical and industry expertise to scalable customer-success initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of AKS, Kubernetes, containers, Azure PaaS, container networking, Azure security, and observability, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with GHCP, application migration projects, Java, .NET, language and framework releases, code review, application modernization, and architecture assessment.
- Hands-on experience building agents and enterprise AI workloads with Microsoft Foundry and selecting appropriate Foundry models for customer use cases.
- Experience implementing generative AI solutions such as RAG and Foundry chat applications, as well as document processing, video/image classification, audio processing, and predictive analytics workloads.
- Knowledge of secure networking and Azure network configuration for AI application landing zones, Microsoft Foundry, AI services, and sensitive AI models.
- Strong technical program management, stakeholder management, relationship management, customer focus, and willingness to learn.
- Must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident legally entitled to work in Singapore without restrictions.
- Must be able to satisfy Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
