Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Cloud Accelerate Factory engagements that provide deployment assistance for customer Azure projects.
- Provide hands-on delivery oversight, solution architecture, troubleshooting, and technical program management while mitigating project risks and blockers.
- Design and implement secure, resilient, scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing Azure cloud and AI solutions.
- Modernize and migrate Java and .NET applications and resolve application and migration-related issues.
- Build and advise on Microsoft Foundry AI workloads, including generative and non-generative applications, AI landing zones, networking, and model selection.
- Engage technical and business decision-makers through the C-suite as a trusted advisor and translate customer challenges into business-focused solutions.
- Coordinate Microsoft stakeholders, partners, sales teams, and virtual delivery teams across ASEAN and other regions when required.
- Mentor others, contribute technical frameworks and intellectual property, and provide feedback to improve Microsoft products, offerings, and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AKS, Kubernetes, containers, Azure PaaS, container networking, Azure security, and observability.
- Experience with GHCP, application migration, and troubleshooting migration-related issues.
- Java and .NET expertise, including language and framework releases, application operation, modernization, migration, code review, and architecture assessment.
- Hands-on experience building agents and enterprise AI workloads with Microsoft Foundry, including selecting appropriate models and implementing secure AI application landing zones.
- Understanding of generative AI solutions such as RAG and Foundry chat applications, as well as document processing, video/image classification, audio processing, and predictive analytics.
- Strong technical program management, stakeholder management, relationship management, customer focus, and ability to lead partners and senior stakeholders.
- Must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident legally entitled to work in Singapore without restrictions and able to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
