Base Salary
$131k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Deliver high-quality software while collaborating with senior engineers.
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into software.
- Improve system reliability and operational excellence across backend services.
- Participate in technical design discussions and grow engineering depth.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Uphold high engineering standards through implementation and code review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building production backend or full-stack software systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
- Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, debugging, and operational ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
