Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run new and existing mobile products for Tide’s business areas.
- Solve complex product and engineering problems and deliver high-performance user interfaces and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Contribute to engineering practices, technical decisions affecting multiple teams, and the Flutter Community of Practice.
- Share knowledge, collaborate with less experienced engineers, and support a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Write maintainable, testable code and contribute to automation testing and high-quality releases.
Requirements
- Professional experience working with Flutter as a software engineer.
- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and the Flutter lifecycle.
- Experience building and shipping complex mobile applications and high-performance user interfaces.
- Experience writing testable code and a demonstrated passion for automation testing.
- Ability to use AI tools and large language models to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity.
- Interest in building products within small, autonomous, agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
