Responsibilities
- Develop advanced APIs and RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot/Cloud.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production incidents and issues.
- Manage vulnerabilities using NexusIQ, JFrog Xray, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Work with databases, persistence frameworks, transaction managers, and API management tools.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, ELK, and Prometheus.
- Support authentication and authorization using OAuth and identity providers such as Keycloak.
- Work with CI/CD, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Docker or Podman, and Helm.
- Collaborate with clients and teams using Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to developing others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent.
- At least seven years of hands-on experience in advanced API development and software engineering.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot/Cloud and Java 8+.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Maven, Gradle, JPA, ORM, transaction managers, and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, OAuth, identity providers such as Keycloak, OpenAPI, Swagger, and Spectral.
- Experience with RESTful microservices, SOAP, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Docker or Podman, and Helm.
- Several years of experience analyzing and troubleshooting production incidents and issues.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency comparable to CEFR level C1.
- Ability to collaborate, focus on clients, deliver results, pay attention to detail, develop others, and support change.
