Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and team-level decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience working with Java.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
