Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize software components and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and partner teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java programming.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
