Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize software applications and components.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and help manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional software development efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with continuous integration processes and agile development methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
