Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex intranets, custom SharePoint applications, and integrated web solutions.
- Configure SharePoint sites, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management systems.
- Develop scripted tools and workflow solutions to streamline workforce processes and publish communications to public-facing websites.
- Support DIA internal and external communications platforms and collaborate with public affairs teams.
- Troubleshoot technical SharePoint issues, support end users, and translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions.
- Set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Strong SharePoint super-user experience as a sole contributor, including site configuration, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management.
- Some development and customization experience for technical enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and the ability to independently handle complex SharePoint requirements.
- A related master’s degree and 12 years of related experience, or a related bachelor’s degree and 17 years of total related experience.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community processes and requirements.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with end users and public affairs stakeholders.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
