Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex intranets, custom SharePoint applications, and integrated web solutions.
Configure SharePoint sites, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management systems.
Develop scripted tools and workflow solutions to streamline workforce processes and publish communications to public-facing websites.
Support DIA internal and external communications platforms and collaborate with public affairs teams.
Troubleshoot technical SharePoint issues, support end users, and translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions.
Set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision.

Strong SharePoint super-user experience as a sole contributor, including site configuration, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management.
Some development and customization experience for technical enhancements and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and the ability to independently handle complex SharePoint requirements.
A related master’s degree and 12 years of related experience, or a related bachelor’s degree and 17 years of total related experience.
Knowledge of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community processes and requirements.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with end users and public affairs stakeholders.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

This is an onsite position based in Washington, D.C.
The role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency and its Office of Communications Engagement.
