Responsibilities

  • Architect and design cloud-native, cloud-agnostic telecom and network management platforms.
  • Lead the creation of highly available, reliable, secure microservices and guide database and open-source software development.
  • Mentor and guide engineers while promoting innovation and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, document architectural decisions, and communicate best practices.
  • Track industry trends, propose platform enhancements, and participate in on-call support during critical incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience as an R&D Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in telecom and network management.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture and engineering, including microservices, high availability, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and Linux.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and associated open-source software.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and database management is preferred.
  • Experience with observability tools and practices is preferred.
