Base Salary
$125k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed within customer engineering teams to lead technical discovery sessions.
- Architect, code, and ship production-grade AI solutions on Google Cloud.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build integrations between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
- Implement multi-agent patterns using frameworks like Google’s Agent Development Kit.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
- Debug agent logic and optimize tool selection in live environments.
- Co-build with customer teams and advocate for AI-assisted development.
- Drive handoff to ensure long-term ownership and documentation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience using Python, TypeScript, or similar.
- Hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI systems on Google Cloud.
- Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
- Demonstrated experience building agentic and AI-driven solutions in production.
- Experience deploying cloud resources via Terraform or similar tools.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
- Outstanding communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
