Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems that generate reinforcement learning environments.
- Create automated QA systems to validate environment quality and fairness.
- Work directly with AI researchers to understand effective training data.
- Support new product lines as the company expands beyond coding environments.
- Lead the identification, specification, and implementation of core technology primitives.
- Mentor junior team members and own the technology stack end-to-end.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of the technology stack including Typescript, React, NodeJS, Postgres, Redis, and Vercel.
- Ability to think critically about coding environments and tasks.
- Experience in leading and mentoring team members.
