Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and help formulate testing scenarios.
- Design and write test cases that mitigate risks and support business requirements.
- Execute testing scenarios and tasks, report status, and escalate issues when needed.
- Test complex, large-scale ERP applications across functionality and user experience scenarios.
- Create automated test scripts and perform manual or automated API testing.
- Identify risks and recommend actions to minimize them.
- Advocate for quality, share knowledge, and contribute to product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer outcomes and business value in a hands-on, collaborative, proactive, and accurate manner.
- Experience testing complex, large-scale ERP systems.
- Experience designing tests to mitigate risks and helping business analysts define requirements.
- Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or comparable tools.
- Experience or knowledge using automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or comparable frameworks.
- Ability to write high-quality test cases.
- Preferred experience with functional, user experience, context-based, exploratory, black-box, scenario, acceptance, and API testing.
- Preferred experience creating automated test scripts and working with ERP applications.
- Preferred understanding and practical use of AI in regular workflows.
