Responsibilities

  • Implement quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes.
  • Identify and resolve software defects to improve performance and user experience.
  • Conduct functional and compatibility testing using Selenium and other automation tools.
  • Develop test cases and protocols to validate software functionality and reliability.
  • Perform systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage post-go-live support and release management quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients across varied challenges and project scopes.
  • Gather information, analyze facts, and discern patterns to support quality work.
  • Contribute to defect reporting, process improvement, commercial awareness, and compliance with professional and technical standards.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and Mathematics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quality assurance engineering and methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with Selenium for browser automation and software testing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Playwright with MCP, Tosca, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Karate, and REST Assured is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Page Object Model, reusable components, fixtures, utilities, test-data management, and configuration management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, headers, authentication, JSON, XML, request and response validation, and status codes is preferred.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, SQL, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience using GenAI or coding assistants for test generation, code development, test-data creation, debugging, and productivity improvement is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
