Base Salary

$70k - $85k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups, Teams, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Design, build, and enhance Power Platform solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Planner.
  • Package, export, import, and deploy Power Platform solutions across different Power Platform environments.
  • Administer SharePoint Online, the Power Platform Admin Center, Teams and Groups, and Planner.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to support smooth transitions for end users.
  • Document technical configurations, migration steps, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with SharePoint leads, M365 developers, client stakeholders, business users, and end users.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Strong development experience with Power Apps, including SharePoint-integrated, Canvas, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience developing Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Experience with Power Platform solution lifecycle management, packaging, and deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration, Power Platform Admin Center, Teams and Groups Administration, and Planner Administration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, M365 Groups, and Microsoft Planner.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and process-following skills.
