Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
- Provide SAP Master Data Governance expertise, including configuration, customization, workflow troubleshooting, and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team while serving as an SME and contributing to team decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with data governance processes and master data management principles.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex master data workflow issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
