Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of search and retrieval solutions.

- Optimize performance and quality of ML and AI systems.
- Support operational excellence by streamlining AI and ML workflows.

- Utilize tools like Python, AWS, and Docker for system development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Extensive experience with search and retrieval systems.
- Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems.
- Ability to guide projects and foster a collaborative environment.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
- Advanced degree in a related technical field is preferred.
