Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for strategic products.
- Analyze requirements, prepare solution designs, and implement features in Java and other object-oriented programming technologies.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to support high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to system testing, fault analysis, and unit-test development.
- Implement customer requirements from specifications into functional and user-friendly applications.
- Consult with internal and external customers, project managers, Product Owners, and technical team members.
- Mentor colleagues and participate in internal evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in ICT Systems Engineering.
- Expert Java programming skills with strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Advanced knowledge of web services, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced database development experience with OracleDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems and strong general IT skills.
- Experience in a senior application development position.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate B2 level.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, mentoring, and product management skills.
- Passion for AI and interest in applying AI in daily work and exploring innovative implementations.
