Responsibilities
- Own development of a new email security product from concept and design through full implementation.
- Build major product components designed to operate at massive scale and support billions of events per second.
- Design infrastructure for collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and detecting threats.
- Make threat information accessible, visible, and actionable while integrating with leading cybersecurity products.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to improve product capabilities.
- Collaborate across organizations and contribute to a highly available, reliable, and secure solution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a production Software-as-a-Service environment.
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Gemini and Claude for code generation, debugging, and unit test creation.
- Proficiency with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, creativity, independence, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: Python or Golang development experience.
- Preferred: cybersecurity or email security background.
- Preferred: experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, custom skills, or using LLM-based detection and enrichment platforms.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with high-throughput data streaming platforms.
