Responsibilities
- Embed with non-technical stakeholders to understand their workflows.
- Identify and translate automation opportunities into technical solutions.
- Build automations and internal tools using AI-native platforms and APIs.
- Ship working prototypes quickly for stakeholder validation.
- Harden prototypes for production use with reliability and error handling.
- Coach non-technical colleagues in building their own automations.
- Create reusable components and frameworks for organizational leverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building automations and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong fluency with modern AI tools and comfort with APIs and scripting.
- Business-first mindset focused on problem-solving and user needs.
- Resourcefulness and ability to deliver working solutions quickly.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in internal tools, RevOps, or applied AI functions is a plus.
- Background in training non-technical builders is a bonus.
- Comfort with data management and analysis.
