Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Improve automation frameworks and develop reusable libraries and automated testing tools.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Track coverage metrics, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, and mitigation techniques throughout projects.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business, testing, support, client, and internal stakeholder teams.
- Develop strategies, processes, and tools to improve continuous deployment practices.
- Perform backend and database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debug data, code, and performance reviews according to Wipro guidelines.
- Monitor automation quality, project-plan adherence, issue resolution, deployment risks, and client escalations.
Requirements
- Mandatory Python full-stack experience.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools and software validation processes.
- Ability to develop test automation for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Ability to perform backend and database programming.
- Ability to analyze architectures, create technical specifications, resolve complex design issues, and document solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, users, clients, business subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders.
