Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within your merchant portfolio.
- Provide education to merchants and internal teams on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering for seamless pre-sales to post-sales handoffs.
- Work cross-functionally to provide technical and operational solutions.
- Represent the merchant voice in product and engineering discussions.
- Manage new product life cycles to facilitate merchant adoption.
- Lead integration health monitoring and conduct regular health checks.
- Leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to solve integration issues.
- Maintain comprehensive integration documentation.
- Contribute to the team's operating rhythm and performance measurement.
- Document challenges and blockers for team learning.
- Participate in on-call incident response rotation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role.
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering or software development.
- Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.
- Familiarity with platform management processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools in a professional context.
- Direct experience with buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) is a plus.
