Base Salary
$170k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical product strategy enabling CSPs to build, own, and operate scalable private and sovereign clouds using HPE CloudOps software.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for CSP CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Create and maintain HPE Validated Designs and define reference architectures integrating HPE CloudOps software with hardware and third-party stacks.
- Author technical white papers, reference guides, architectural blogs, and other technical collateral, and represent HPE Cloud Ops at industry events and advisory boards.
- Define Day 0 through Day 2 cloud operating blueprints using AIOps and automated lifecycle management.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to global field teams on complex, multi-product CSP architectural bids.
- Help CSPs define product catalogs and service tiers, including Backup-as-a-Service offerings using Zerto.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management or systems architecture.
- Prior experience in a similar partner or service-provider enablement role at VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep knowledge of ESXi, KVM, and AHV virtualization technologies.
- Strong command of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container networking and storage.
- Expertise in AIOps, distributed tracing, and multi-cloud monitoring.
- Understanding of RPO/RTO requirements for disaster recovery and cyber-resilience.
- Ability to lead through influence across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of cross-domain architecture, customer engagement, DevOps, go-to-market strategy, partner management, product lifecycle management, security-first practices, strategic pricing, UX, and vendor management.
