- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT professionals to support deployment, automation, and software infrastructure management.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications and environments.
- Create and maintain monitoring systems for application availability and performance.
- Manage and enhance AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Automate software deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate on resolutions.
- Own user interfaces for internal Agentic applications, including Teams bots, web apps, and embeddable widgets.
- Apply emerging technologies and industry trends to improve infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in DevOps or a related field.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience with Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and logging.
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, compliance, and data security.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred: experience with chat applications and micro frontends; Teams bot framework and adaptive cards; D3.js or Highcharts; Azure Web Apps; and Python.
