Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Solana programs from development through deployment and maintenance.
- Build scalable backend services interacting with Solana, EVM, and Stellar networks.
- Scale on-chain infrastructure for millions of global users, supporting transactions, data ingestion, and real-time processing.
- Contribute to the technical and product roadmap.
- Drive architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving product.
- Ship new capabilities quickly and iteratively to customers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the Solana ecosystem, including its programming model, tooling, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Rust.
- Solid understanding of smart contract security patterns and common vulnerability classes.
- Experience with Node.js and backend systems.
- Two to ten-plus years of engineering experience.
- Fintech, neobank, or card-issuing experience is preferred.
