Base Salary
$65k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities and industry trends.
- Support the design and integration of technical solutions for clients.
- Lead technical discovery discussions to understand client requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical integration documentation.
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Self-starter focused on refining operational processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a customer-centric manner.
- Proven track record of applying AI to real-world challenges.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for solving customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Foundational knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SaaS client solution design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, or Software Development.
- 0-6+ years in a tech-focused role, preferably in digital marketing.
