Responsibilities
- Own the development of internal and customer-facing web applications.
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly solutions.
- Integrate various lead sources into the company's CRM system.
- Participate in leadership discussions on technology strategy.
- Ship features that streamline workflows for team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with lead recording and application performance.
- Document build-vs-buy decisions for leadership.
- Attend quarterly meetings at Glandorf or Powell to understand operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping production software.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and CI/CD practices.
- Experience building internal tools or CRMs, preferably in home services.
- Willingness to work in a faith-rooted environment.
