Responsibilities
- Lead the intake, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, design, development, testing, and release of custom ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and maintain scoped applications and integrate new ServiceNow functionalities.
- Ensure platform architecture, data separation, security, integration patterns, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support deployment through source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist with ServiceNow platform lifecycle management, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Support and guide other ServiceNow teams and customers working with the platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Creator Workflow.
- 3–4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience developing custom applications and scoped applications in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with IntegrationHub and integration protocols including REST API, SOAP, and GraphQL API.
- Experience with Process Automation Designer, including Playbooks, Decision Tables, Flow Designer, and Workspaces.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and server-side and client-side best practices.
- Experience with Employee Center and front-end development using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with REST API development and integrations.
- Knowledge of CMDB fundamentals.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into business value.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
- Procurement and legal-process knowledge is a nice-to-have qualification.
