Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-native architectures for ITSM and CMDB workflows.
- Leverage LLMs and intelligent automation for natural language interfaces and knowledge synthesis.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to integrate AI into the product experience.
- Own complex systems end-to-end, ensuring design, architecture, and production reliability.
- Drive architectural decisions balancing speed with scalability and maintainability.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code for AI-enabled systems.
- Design and optimize distributed, event-driven systems and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning in production environments.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and quality.
- Champion best practices in AI tooling adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in LLMs and AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered developer tools.
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Go, Python, Rust, or Java.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices.
- A builder’s mindset with eagerness to prototype and ship fast.
