Base Salary
$104k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications, scalable web applications, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, technical planning, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support releases and deployments, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Drive automation, secure software development, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with global teams.
- Use AI-powered development tools for development, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–12+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong hands-on coding experience with C# and .NET technologies.
- Experience building, maintaining, and supporting enterprise APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database troubleshooting.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues in complex, business-critical environments.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.
- Experience with large-scale business-critical platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability tools is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred.
