Base Salary
$140k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling for Revenue Cycle Management.
- Build systems supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows across the revenue cycle.
- Drive planning, execution, success measurement, and post-launch maintenance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Improve operational efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Deep-dive into complex issues and drive them through resolution.
- Participate in on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience working directly with product and design teams.
- Experience building highly responsive, scalable, reliable, available, and performant systems.
- Intermediate understanding of modern application architecture, API design patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and scaling.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, including component-based design, state management patterns, and rendering performance.
- Preferred experience at startup or growth-stage companies.
- Preferred experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka, and AWS or equivalent.
- Preferred experience working on medium-complexity projects focused on sustainable results.
- Growth mindset and willingness to investigate and resolve complex issues.
